Booking with Bloom Sanctuary

Appointments are reserved by session length so every visit can be thoughtful, unhurried, and built around what your body needs. Choose the session that best matches your goals — if you’re not sure which to book, reach out and I’ll help you pick.

Getting Here

Our address is 136 West Lancaster Avenue, Suite 2, Paoli, PA — but the front sits right on busy Lancaster Avenue, so it’s easier to come in from the back. Google “23 Paoli Pike, Paoli, PA 19301” instead, and you’ll pull into the lot behind the building.

When you pull in, look to your left — you’ll see the back of a small brick building. That’s us.

Please park in the back lot; it’s safer than the front, especially with little ones.

Come in through the heavy side door on the right side of the building. Walk to the end of the hallway — Suite 2 is the last door on the right, with a plum mat out front.

The door stays closed during treatment for patient privacy. If it’s closed when you arrive, that’s normal — have a seat on the bench in the entryway and I’ll come get you. If it’s been 5 minutes past your appointment, give the door a knock.

Before Your Visit

There’s a restroom right next to Suite 2 — please use it before your appointment starts. Every minute of your visit is yours, and we want all of them on your care. Give yourself a few extra minutes to park and settle in — especially if you’re pregnant.

Arriving on Time

Your appointment is reserved just for you and begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your visit will still end at its original time — not because we’re strict, but because we’re protective of the schedule we’ve built around giving every patient unhurried care.

Lancaster Avenue traffic can be unpredictable, so please give yourself a cushion.

Need more time?

If you need a longer visit, you’re welcome to upgrade your session based on availability — just ask.

Dr. Brandie has dedicated her career to changing how pregnant women are cared for—clinically, systemically, and culturally.

With more than two decades of hands-on clinical experience, Dr. Brandie’s background spans emergency medicine as a paramedic, formal chiropractic education, sports chiropractic training, and private practice ownership. Across these settings, one truth became impossible to ignore: pregnancy care was falling short—especially for women in pain.

That realization, combined with her own difficult pregnancies, became the turning point. Dr. Brandie went on to open Bloom Sanctuary, a practice designed exclusively to care for pregnant and postpartum patients and built to meet the real biomechanical, neurological, and physical demands of pregnancy.

Dr. Brandie blends advanced prenatal training with sports medicine principles to treat pregnant bodies with the same precision and respect given to elite athletes. She has been certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association since 2002 and developed a distinct prenatal standard of care known as The Bloom Philosophy™, now practiced by Bloom-trained providers.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Brandie is a sought-after educator and speaker, teaching providers across the country how to deliver safer, more effective pregnancy and postpartum care. Her talks challenge outdated prenatal narratives, translate complex biomechanics and physiology into practical clinical application, and equip providers with clear frameworks they can use immediately in practice.

Today, The Bloom Philosophy™ is helping redefine prenatal care worldwide. It is the foundation of Dr. Brandie’s book, What You Don’t Expect When You’re Expecting, which introduces the Villains of Pregnancy framework, and it underpins her live trainings, professional courses, and patient education programs.

Dr. Brandie’s work has been recognized with multiple honors, including the High Honor of Clinical Excellence Award from Cleveland University–Kansas City, the President’s Award for Service from The Pediatric Group, the PCA President’s Service Award, the Main Line Parent Love Award, and the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2023 Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year for Eastern Pennsylvania.

At the center of Dr. Brandie’s work are her two children, whose early health challenges reshaped her understanding of care, resilience, and advocacy. Their experience reinforced what she sees daily in practice: women deserve better support during pregnancy—not dismissal, not normalization of pain, and not “just get through it” medicine.

Dr. Brandie’s mission is clear and unwavering: to provide expert, evidence-informed care through every chapter of motherhood—and to end the belief that pain is simply something women must endure.
